I have a house and garden magazine “Successful Entertaining”, winter volume 2. On page 35 there is a recipe for salmon souffle in a pie, this recipe I haven’t made for a while and blow me down there is a whole page missing. So Annoying!!! There is a whole section on Perfect Pastry, that is why I kept the magazine all these years, dated 1988!!! The souffle is completely encased in pastry and made in a springform pan. A yummy recipe and good for entertaining. I tried to make it up recently, the souffle was nice but the pastry was incorrectly cooked. Yuck!!! Any ideas??
